“We tailor incentive solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.”
AIM'S EXECUTIVE TEAM:
Cheryl Nuttall, Founder and Vice President, Business Development
Cheryl Nuttall is an entrepreneur in the truest sense of the word. In 1995, she observed that many
companies were wasting time and money on unsuccessful attempts to create useful incentive management
software. She soon dedicated her efforts to creating a product that would meet core incentive management
needs. The result was the Aspire® architecture. This unique architecture, on which AIM’s products and
services are based, met her key objective of “designing a scaleable product with a standard core structure
that could easily be tailored to meet the unique needs of individual companies.”
AIM’s success stems from Cheryl’s unique history. Her early work at PCS focused on the information
technology needs generated when companies merge. Her award winning efforts aligned the differing
information needs of merged companies to drive efficiencies through consolidation and reengineering.
In the early 90s, her work at MicroAge gave Cheryl her first taste of the incentive industry. She led
the systems integration work between MicroAge and Bank One that delivered the first “branded incentive
card” in the computer industry. She was also a pioneer in the modernization of call centers through the
linking of computers and telephone systems. Many of her innovations are still in practice and have been
published widely.
